Rental Terms

These terms apply to all vehicle rentals from Premier Van Rentals. They are summarized here; the signed rental agreement governs in the event of a conflict.

Driver requirements

Primary drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid, unexpired driver's license, and pass a driving-record check. Additional drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet the same requirements. Only listed drivers may operate the vehicle.

Reservations and deposits

Reservations are confirmed when a deposit is received. The security deposit is held against damage, cleaning, fuel, tolls, and citations, and is released after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

Rates and mileage

Rates are quoted per day or per week and include a stated mileage allowance. Miles beyond the allowance are billed at the per-mile rate on your agreement. Fuel is returned at the same level it was provided, or is billed at the posted refueling rate.

Insurance

Vehicles carry commercial liability coverage. Renters are responsible for damage as set out in the rental agreement and may be required to present proof of personal or business auto coverage.

Pickup, delivery, and return

Vehicles may be picked up at our lot or delivered for a fee, including to Salt Lake City International Airport. Late returns are billed in hourly increments and may be charged a full additional day.

Vehicle use

Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes, off-road driving, towing beyond rated capacity, racing, or subleasing. Smoking and pets are not permitted without prior written approval; violations incur a cleaning fee.

Cancellations

Cancellation windows and refund amounts are stated on your reservation confirmation. Cancellations made close to the pickup date may forfeit part or all of the deposit.
