Premier Van Rentals, a d/b/a of Outdoor Adventure Vehicles LLC ("Premier Van Rentals," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through premiervanrentals.com and our rental operations, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, mobile phone number, rental dates, group size, trip details, driver's license information, and payment details when you request a quote, submit our booking form, or complete a rental agreement.
- Communications. Records of emails, phone calls, and text messages between you and us.
- Automatically collected information. Standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests and booking inquiries.
- To confirm, schedule, and service your vehicle rental, including pickup, delivery, and return.
- To process deposits and payments.
- To send you text messages, if you have expressly opted in (see Section 4).
- To comply with legal, insurance, and safety obligations.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example, payment processors, our insurance carrier, and our messaging platform — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number solely to send the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and insurance recordkeeping requirements. Opt-out records are retained so that we can honor your request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children
