SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Premier Van Rentals, a d/b/a of Outdoor Adventure Vehicles LLC ("Premier Van Rentals," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program description
Premier Van Rentals sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include rental quotes and quote follow-ups, booking and reservation confirmations, vehicle pickup and return instructions, delivery coordination, payment and deposit reminders, service or schedule changes, customer support replies, and occasional promotional offers about our vehicles and rates.
2. How you opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages from Premier Van Rentals by:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the booking or contact form on premiervanrentals.com and submitting your mobile number. The checkbox is not pre-checked and must be affirmatively selected by you.
- Providing your mobile number and express written consent on a rental agreement or in person at our location.
- Texting us first at our published business number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required in order to rent a vehicle from us. You may still book by phone, by email, or through our web form without opting in to SMS.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to an active or pending reservation, plus occasional promotional messages. Recurring messages may be sent.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Premier Van Rentals does not charge for the messages themselves, but standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to cancel. You may also text END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Supported carriers and carrier liability
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide only to service your rental, respond to your inquiries, and, if you have opted in, send you the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. 9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder of, the mobile number you provide.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
